Did you know a whole cucumber has only ~8 calories? Neither did I. Here’s a simple snack you can easily make when you are craving a midday snack. 
What you need:
sesame seed oil
soy sauce
cucumber (I usually only use half of it)
vegetable peeler
fork
small bowl
Steps - these don’t really need pictures, but hey, indulge me. 
Peel your cucumber and slice - the thinner, the better
Pour sesame seed oil - less is more* 
Pour soy sauce*
MIX!
Eat, eat, eat
Realize you have enough oil and soy sauce to eat the other half of the cucumber
I refuse to go on a diet because I love food and I will never be able to stop eating ice cream and chewy chips ahoy, but healty(er) snacks like this make it easy to avoid junk food. Enjoy!
